My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing what has been going on without judgment or pressure. I’m Nidhin Samuel, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner providing telehealth psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adolescents and adults throughout New York and Florida. I work with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, mood changes, OCD, sleep difficulties, and other mental health concerns. I believe that good psychiatric care begins with listening. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or quickly recommending medication, I take the time to understand the whole picture—including your experiences, medical history, daily challenges, relationships, sleep, previous treatment, and personal goals. Together, we will discuss your options and create a treatment plan that feels thoughtful, realistic, and individualized to you. My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I want you to understand your diagnosis, feel comfortable asking questions, and have an active voice in every treatment decision. When medication is appropriate, I carefully explain the potential benefits, risks, and alternatives and continue to monitor how you are feeling over time.
